What exactly is Kantivo Platform?
Kantivo Platform is a subscription and partner management system that brings recurring billing, partner networks, affiliate tracking, commission management, and automatic Stripe payouts together in one place. It can be used as a standalone product or integrated with Kantivo App for full accounting automation.
Do I need Kantivo App to use the Platform?
No. Kantivo Platform works completely on its own. However, if you also use Kantivo App (our accounting software), the two integrate seamlessly — every subscription, commission, and payout automatically creates proper accounting journal entries. It's the best of both worlds.
Do you take a percentage of my revenue?
Absolutely not. We charge a flat monthly or annual fee. We never take a cut of your subscription revenue, partner payouts, or any transactions. Your revenue is 100% yours. The only transaction fees are Stripe's standard processing fees.
How do payouts work?
Partners and affiliates connect their Stripe account once through a simple onboarding process. When commissions are earned and approved, you can process payouts with one click or set them to automatic (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). The money goes directly to their bank account via Stripe. All proper accounting entries are created automatically.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
What happens after the free trial?
After your 14-day free trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a plan and enter payment details. If you don't subscribe, your account becomes read-only — you can still access and export your data, but you won't be able to process new transactions or payouts. No data is ever deleted.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never store credit card numbers on our servers.
